The purpose is to introduce Karnesh and his offerings. Find his bio on the Kamala yoga Nepal . Com website. Since 2025 he is based in Geneva Switzerland where he mainly offers singing bowl sound therapy (there needs to be a booking page). People can also buy singing bowls. He is a musician and yogi and certified in singing bowl sound healing in a diploma from X institute in Kathmandu. His sound healing sessions are special because he will hold space for the client in meditation and chant sacred mantras to begin and end the session. His voice and musicianship touch the heart and are truly divine. Singing bowl sound healing is powerful because it allows the client to reset their nervous system and activate their parasympathetic system, counteracting our day to day fight or flight mode. He has a longstanding spiritual background and is deeply connected to spiritual practices. In the booking page, people can also book one on one meditation classes and yoga classes. Additionally, people can book him for mantra singing and Bhakti yoga on request. It is important to bring across that Karnesh brings mastery, specifically of singing bowl sound healing and Bhakti yoga. He also embodies the spiritual heart of Nepal, the birthplace of Buddha. He is comfortable here in the city as well as when trekking the Himalayas or climbing in the Alps. He loves nature.
