What Is It?

Private Singing Bowl Sound Healing is a deeply restorative one-to-one experience using authentic Himalayan singing bowls placed on and around the body. The session supports a shift out of stress and into deep parasympathetic calm.​

  • Each session begins with a brief settling phase, adapted to the individual.

  • You remain fully clothed and simply lie back and receive. No effort or movement is required.

  • Gentle guidance and simple breathing cues help the body soften and prepare to receive sound. Optional visualisation may be included when appropriate.

  • Layered vibrations from the singing bowls move through the body, supporting nervous-system regulation and whole-body relaxation. The experience is immersive yet subtle, allowing the system to settle naturally.

  • Rooted in centuries-old Eastern contemplative traditions, the session is opened and closed with simple vocal sound drawn from traditional mantra practice. Used quietly and with restraint, this frames the experience.

  • A trained musician and certified singing bowl therapist, Karnesh works with sound, presence, and finely tuned sensory cues to guide the session. 

  • The rhythmic tones and vibrations invite the body into a natural “rest and digest” state, easing tension, reducing stress, and allowing for deep rest and integration.
