These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Karnesh Rajthala / Himalayan Sound Meditation. By booking or participating in a session, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Nature of Service

Sessions offered by Himalayan Sound Meditation are wellbeing practices intended to support relaxation, presence, and general regulation. They do not constitute medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, or any other form of licensed healthcare, and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Clients with health concerns are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before booking. Participation in sessions is voluntary. Individual responses to sound and meditation practices vary, and no specific outcomes or benefits are guaranteed.

  3. Booking & Payment

Bookings may be made online via the website or by email, depending on the type of session. In-studio sessions are booked through the online booking system. On-location sessions, group sessions, and special events are arranged by request and confirmed individually. Session times are confirmed only after payment, unless otherwise agreed. Rates are communicated clearly prior to booking and may be updated periodically.

  4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be charged in full and are treated as rendered services. Such bookings are non-refundable. If Karnesh needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be informed as early as possible. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Himalayan Sound Meditation in cases of illness or force majeure.

  5. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for informing Karnesh of any relevant health conditions prior to the session, including but not limited to pregnancy, sound sensitivities, implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers), epilepsy, or recent surgery. Clients remain responsible for assessing whether participation is appropriate for them and for seeking medical advice where necessary. Clients may be asked to complete a brief intake or consent form prior to their first session.

  6. Liability

While every reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and supportive environment, participation in sessions is at the client’s own risk. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Himalayan Sound Meditation / Karnesh shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in a session, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for indirect, consequential, or purely financial damages, including emotional distress, loss of income, or loss of opportunity, is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law. Any liability, where legally permitted, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant session.
