Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Karnesh Rajthala / Himalayan Sound Meditation. By booking a session, clients agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Service

Sound-healing sessions are well-being practices and do not constitute medical treatment, physiotherapy, or psychotherapy. They should not replace care from a licensed medical professional.
If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are made by email, specifying preferred date, time, and location.

  • Session times are confirmed only after payment via TWINT.

  • Rates are communicated clearly before booking and may be updated periodically.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.

  • If Karnesh needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will be informed as early as possible.

5. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for notifying Karnesh of any relevant health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, hearing sensitivities, implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, epilepsy).
Sessions may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions; suitability will be discussed prior to the session.

6. Liability

While every care is taken to ensure a safe and supportive environment, participation is at the client’s own risk.
Himalayan Sound Meditation / Karnesh is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the session, except in cases of gross negligence under Swiss law.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number, booking details) is used solely for scheduling and communication.

  • Data is stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties.

  • Clients may request deletion of their data at any time.

8. Gift Cards, Packages & Vouchers 

  • Valid for the period stated at purchase.

  • Non-refundable but transferable to another person.

  • Must be presented at the time of booking.

9. Changes to Terms

Himalayan Sound Meditation may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. The current version will always be available on the website.
