What Is It?
These private meditation sessions are designed as personalised instruction, supporting you whether you are just beginning or looking to deepen and stabilise an existing practice.

Drawing on over a decade of experience across multiple meditation traditions, including mindfulness, breath-based meditation, mantra practice, and Kriya-influenced techniques, Karnesh offers clear, grounded guidance adapted to your needs, temperament, and level of experience.

-
Each session begins with a short check-in to understand your current state and intention.
-
From there, Karnesh introduces and guides a meditation technique suited to you that day (such as breath observation, internal mantra repetition, or visualisation) explaining how the practice works and how to engage with it effectively.
-
Gentle Himalayan singing bowl sound may be used to support settling and focus where helpful.
-
The emphasis remains on learning the meditation itself, not simply relaxation.

The approach is calm, practical, and non-judgmental, creating a supportive space even for those who find meditation difficult, frustrating, or unclear.
Who Is It For?
These sessions are ideal for:

-
Beginners seeking structure and encouragement
-
Experienced meditators refining their practice
-
Anyone navigating anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
-
Individuals seeking spiritual depth, clarity, or personal growth
Private meditation with Karnesh is particularly supportive for those who want personalised feedback, space to ask questions, or take-home practices to support consistency.
Benefits & Scientific Evidence
Research shows that meditation is associated with measurable physiological effects, including regulation of the autonomic nervous system, improved heart rate variability, reductions in blood pressure, and changes in brain regions involved in attention and emotional regulation.
