Drawing from over a decade of personal experience in multiple meditation traditions—including mindfulness, Kriya yoga, breath-based meditation, and mantra—Karnesh offers gentle, personalized guidance tailored to your needs.

  • Each session begins with a short check-in to set intentions and assess your state.

  • Karnesh then introduces a technique suited to your energy that day—such as breath observation, internal mantra repetition, or visualisation—alongside calming presence and optional Himalayan singing bowl sound to help you settle.
